Review guidelines

What a good review covers

• Ordering and payment: was it clear, did it work?
• Delivery: how long, how it was packed, whether it arrived cold if it should have.
• Service: replies, problems, refunds.
• Paperwork: did a lab report for your batch exist and match the label?

What we remove or reject

• Dosing, injection or protocol details, and health claims about any product.
• Reviews from anyone who works for, owns, or is paid by the shop or a competitor.
• Reviews not based on a real purchase, or several reviews from one person.
• Abuse, personal details of individuals, or allegations without any basis given.

How moderation works

Every review is read before publishing. We do not publish or reject reviews based on whether they are positive or negative, and shops cannot pay to remove them. Shops can reply publicly and can report a review that breaks these rules. If you send us proof of your order (with personal details hidden), we mark the review Verified order.

We do not offer, and shops listed here must not offer, discounts or gifts in return for reviews. If a shop asks you to review it in exchange for something, tell us.
