Privacy notice

What we collect

• Account: email, display name, a scrypt hash of your password, company name for business accounts.
• Activity: reviews, reports, price alerts, sign-in times and the IP address and browser used to sign in (kept for security).
• Clicks to shops: which shop and product, and when. Not linked to your account.

Why

To run your account and send the emails you ask for (contract), and to prevent fake reviews and abuse (legitimate interests). We do not sell personal data or use advertising trackers.

Who we share it with

Our hosting and database providers (Vercel, Neon) and email provider (Resend), under data processing terms. Your display name appears on your public reviews. Shops never see your email address.

How long

Until you delete your account, then up to 30 days in backups. Security logs are kept for 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correction or deletion, or object to processing, by emailing hello@thepeptidehub.org. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
